This week we dispatched a batch of PTLBGP550 cone crushers together with their full supporting package: lubrication oil stations, electric control cabinets and a set of spare parts. Every item was produced, tested and packed in our own works, so the customer receives one complete shipment instead of coordinating several suppliers.
Machines ready to install
Each PTLBGP550 single-cylinder cone crusher was assembled, painted and checked before packing. Adjustment rings, main frames and smaller components were sealed in vapour-phase inhibiting film, and the machines were fixed to steel skids and loaded for transport. Electrical cabinets arrive pre-wired and factory-tested.

Matching hydraulics and spares in the same container
The lubrication stations were piped, flushed and pressure-tested in our workshop before being mounted on skids next to the control cabinets. Because crusher, hydraulics and electricals come from one factory, interfaces match by design - installation on site starts sooner and commissioning issues drop.
